Are there any all natural acne treatment products that really work?
I have moderately severe acne. Benzoyl Peroxide burns and dries out my face. Salicylic acid breaks me out in cystic acne. I need something non-irritating that gets the job done. Help!

I started having really bad acne problems starting when I was 13. I had acne on my back that was really embarrasing. I tried Proactiv, Oxycerin, and even the Asso Gold Cleaning Bar with dismal results. I wound up visitng a dermatologist. After 4 months nearly all of my acne cleared up.
