I have acne on my forehead only which is also oily. I've been on accutane 3 different times and it has helped some, my acne is not as bad as it used to be, but I still have breakouts on my forhead. I have tried proactive, murad, and other store brand names. They either dry me out and make my acne worse. Well what is a good vitamin for acne? I was looking at orovo, actuzine, murad pills and other vitamins like that? Please help. Thanks

What are the best vitamins for acne? I don't have a full face of acne but it's ones here and there and they leave marks! I am 20 years old and I have scars as well. I put vitamin e on my face and tea tree oil but my skin still isn't improving. I'm so frustated! I used proactive and that burned my face and cetaphil broke me out more. Anyway, any help would be greatly appericated.
I went to a dermatlogist. he kept trying to push accuitane and my skin isn't bad enough to take such a harsh drug.
