This is not a review. In this video I talk about biotin and why I think that it may cause acne. I'm currently taking between 4-5 1000mcg tablets of Sundown Naturals biotin. I also take 2 OneSource Complete Hair, Skin & Nail Multi Vitamins (I purchased from Walmart) per day. Am I overdosing on biotin?
