I am 24 years old and I have seriously never had acne. At all. And I loved it. About a month ago I started getting breakouts one my cheeks and forhead. A few things in my life changed about a month ago. I signed up at a gym so now im working out everyday. Because Im trying to be healthier now ive been drinking less soda and more water, ive been eating healthier, and ive started taking multi-vitamins. You would think all these things would help me have great skin right? But actually, ever since all these good changes have occured in my life ive been getting acne for the first time. Im thinking it cant be the water, healthy eating or working out so it must be something in my multi-vitamins? Please help. Oh and btw, im not stressed, infact everything in my life other then this acne thing is going alot better and im alot happier over all.
Can multi-vitamins cause acne?

You are probably sweating more, now that you've begun working out. Many athletic people experience similar problems because they perspire so heavily and become greasy when they physically exert themselves. You will have to become more diligent about cleansing your skin. In addition to your regular shower/bath, pay special attention to your scalp, face and back. If your perspire, your scalp also gets dirty so it has to be kept clean. Wash your face with a blemish preventative soap or cleanser. Follow up with a good astringent and don't pick at the blemishes. Once you get into a proper cleansing regimen you should notice some improvement.
