Cystic Acne Treatments?
I have a minor case of cystic acne and it must stop. This is all started when I was about 16. I grew my hair out and the acne never departed. Bear in mind that no one in my family has this problem. By no one in my family, I mean my WHOLE conceivable family tree So I blame the hair for obvious reasons.( Damn you metal! lol) .Anyways,I've done some research on it and it seems that supplying my diet with multi vitamin supplement that include Zinc and B-5 could help me out of my bothersome bind. Anyways, is taking Zinc and B-5 potentially helpful in reducing the severity of my cystic ace? Also, are there any other methods that I should give a go? (Acutane is a last resort ) Third, will the scars left by this form of acne fade or am I forced to buy some sort of skincare product? ( I'm so vaiiinnnn!)

i had them from 15-24 then i found out what was causing them,i had 27 years no spots,but recently had a breakout but found out again what was causing them,
it was so simple to prevent them,i didn't use creams or medicine
become spot free just follow what i done

Well i think ive had more chemicals on my face over the last 3 years than a bloody scientists desk. But nothing eccept roaccutane has worked for me so far
But scars will only go away with laser surgery or, time. The key is to not pop/pick/scratch your acne. Thats the only way you wont get scars.
Vitamins and stuff might work, it all depends on your skin type. I recommend accutane tho
