Acne is caused by bad bacteria that live in the intestines and throw off toxins, from bad digestion of your food due to organs that are responsible for digestion not working correctly, bad oils that inhibit the body's natural ability to kill germs, and bad hygiene.

Many vitamins create nutrient deficiencies in the body due to the way they are made and the sources from which they are made.

A very good example is Ascorbic Acid. This is not Vitamin C. It is a part of a complex of nutrients that can make up the real vitamin C. This is a chemical that is either manufactured in a lab or extracted and isolated from beet sugar, for example. When you ingest this, your body is scavenged to find the cofactors that are missing in this product to complete the complex so it can be digested and used as the natural complete vitamin C. This depletes your body of many nutrients. Additionally, the acidic action of this causes calcium to be depleted in your body. Ascorbic Acid, alone, is a "chemical activator." Ascorbic Acid, by itself won't even cure scurvy.

Thiamine, or vitamin B-1, is another good example. Labels do not typically tell you that synthetic vitamins, or more accurately labeled, chemical activators, comes from Coal Tar. A non living substance that has no real nutritional value, but does, for a short period of time, create a reaction that is similar to what the real vitamin complex does.

For a short time, they create reactions, and then they damage the DNA and actually shorten your life. Statistically, multivitamins shorten your life by approximately 5%. It has been shown that people who don't take the synthetic multivitamins live longer than those that do.

When you are nutrient deficient, you will get sick. Pimples are just a part of the whole picture.

Preservatives in food, insecticides, food grown on chemically treated soils, antibiotics kill ALL bacteria including the friendly flora in your intestines that protect you from getting acne by killing the bad bacteria, biofilms created due to badly digested foods, etc. all contribute to the acne problem.

ALL pill forms of vitamins contain many substances that contribute to bad health. Magnesium Stearate is a good example. This is a TRANS FAT that inhibits nutrient absorption by up to 80% and is also an immune suppressant that inhibits your immune system from doing it's job! Look on the label of anything that is in pill form. Most of the time they label it. They put over 5% of the total milligrams listed on the bottle of this garbage in each pill. In 1,000 milligram tablet, that is 50 milligrams of TRANS FATS! Do you actually believe that is in there for your health? Not.

Trans fats cause your body to not process fats correctly and this can cause pimples!

Vegetable oils like soybean, canola, cottonseed, and corn should be avoided at all costs because they cause massive free-radical production: margarine, shortening, and polyunsaturated cooking and salad oils such as safflower, sunflower, corn, cottonseed, soy, canola, and others. These free radicals create many toxins that cause pimples and many degenerative diseases.

To prevent acne, you need to make sure your digestive system is working at it's peak performance and avoid the oils listed above, eat lots of olive oil and garlic.

good luck
