i have quite a bit of red spots on my face and a few red bumps. im guessing the red spots are acne scars, if im wrong please tell me. right now i am using neutrogena rapid clear treatment pads with salicylic acid to treat my pimples and a lotion containing of aloe vera, vitamin e, and sunflower oil to treat my acne scars. will sunflower oil help treat acne and acne scars even though its oil? how long would it take for my skin to clear if i apply each one daily?

The bumps aren't scars. Scars are pitted area. The bumps are just more acne. If what you use don't help, try something different. The best way is to visit a dermatologist, let him/her check out your skin and prescribe what they fell would be best for it. If any acne is infected (it can happen) they can give you prescribed meds.
