Girls with acne prone skin-how do you keep it clear?
I'm looking more for things that work internally rather than externally, such as vitamins, supplements, or anything you ingest.
Reason being, I take really good care of my skin and it STILL breaks out, so it has to be hormonal.
Has anyone had success with that type of skin treatment?

Your logic is somewhat flawed – just because you take good care of your skin and still breaks out doesn't mean it is hormonal, there are other reasons for break-outs, also what you call taking care of your skin may not actually be taking care of your skin or it's individual needs.
Externally – try Oil Cleansing Method, obviously avoid facial washes or soaps on your skin (including spot treatment washes), exfoliate, use steams and masks, tone and moisturise daily. Keep skin protected from sun, avoid make-up or at least use mineral make-up to prevent clogging. The list goes on, but they are the basics at least.
Is it actually hormonal?
Are you in your teens, do the break-outs happen at any particular point in your cycle, have you had your hormonal levels checked? If you suspect general hormonal hoopla, such as if you're in your teens, then use either evening primrose oil or black cohosh daily to help regulate your periods, also perhaps vitex will help you too.
Internally – take a good multivitamin, both to benefit your skin and to help regulate hormones. Keep yourself healthy, eat plenty of fruit, vegetables and drink lots of water, but also avoid salty foods as iodine aggravates acne. Get plenty of exercise, sleep and stay stress-free, also if you smoke try quitting, Easyway is the easiest and most effective method to quit smoking.
i used this nivea cleanser and toner as well as removing my eye makeup and my skin cleared up withina week
I don't know anything about internal treatment and my skin never breaks out. But in the shower I use nuetragena scrub(the walmart brand thought) and THEN I use this stuff from walgreens called st helenes mint julep face masque. Its CHEAP and feels great afterwards. Try it!!
