How can i lower my hormones to get rid of my acne naturally?
I don't have the money to see a dermatologist, but I've tried everything and it seems that hormonal treatment is my only option. I wash my face twice a day with oxy max face wash, that seems to be the best treatment for now but it doesn't get rid of my cystic acne which for now is just above my neck. I also take vitamins a and b complex.

Having you mentioned "hormones" lead me to believe you are a teenager
Although, there are certain risk factors that can influence the appearance of acne:
-Genetic factors
-Hormonal sistem
-Sebaceous glands hyperactivity
-Accumulation of dead skin cells
-The level of bacteria in pores
-Skin irritation or scratching of any kind (from the backpack, shoulder bag, tight clothes, etc.)
-Treatments with steroids
-Treatments with contraception, although many women have found improvements during this kind of treatment
Here are some simple homemade acne remedies for Cystic Acne:
* Keep your skin clean by washing with mild soap and water, twice daily (soap "no soda", or as they say, "alkaline free"; shaving soap is best, solid or paste). Do not overdo it because otherwise you will stimulate overproduction of sebum, generated by the body attempts to replace lost sebum.
In China lemon juice is used for cleaning face in such situations. If the lemons are missing, they can be replaced with the following alternatives:
* Fresh apple juice and celery root 1:1, apply on the face in the morning and in the evening;
* Cut a water walnut(Trapa natans) in two and rub slightly the face with its core 2-3 times a day;
* Or, in the morning when you wake up, before you wash your teeth, apply saliva to the infected areas. When the saliva dries, repeat several times. It is like a autovaccin, because at night, the body mobilizes to fight bacteria in the mouth and there will be more antiseptic items in the saliva than during the day.
* Avoid squeezing pimples, or repeated touching to avoid spreading infection.
* Reduce sun exposure. Always use a sunscreen (lotion) for sunlight when sun exposure is unavoidable.
* Increase the proportion of fruit and vegetables in the food. Eat mainly raw cucumbers and drink large amounts of green tea.
* Avoid or give up completely food as: fried foods, oils and fats in general and animals especially, dairy products with high content of fat, white sugar or foods containing more sugar, spicy foods.
* Avoid foods that aggravate acne or those you find hard to digest.
* Make sure you have at least once a day a chair (defecation).
* Do exercise regularly.
* Sleep enough.
1. Wash your face every day. You can use regular soap, but they sell special kinds of soap to get rid of the oil in your pores. Here's some examples:

2. Use an astringent after washing. That will help remove the reside and oil that the soap leaves behind. It also removes a lot of the redness from swollen pustules. Put a reasonable amount of the astringent onto a cotton ball (you don't need to soak it). Rub it in small circles all over your face and let it dry.

3. Apply a substantial amount of honey to your face every few weeks and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Honey is a natural antibacterial that will get rid of blemishes, sore spots, and scars.

4. Having long hair will contribute greatly to your acne. If you can, keep your hair out of your face and the number of zits near your hairline will decrease. I personally let my hair grow out to about 3-4 inches, my acne near my hairline was terrible. Then I got a buzz cut, and now I get zits near my hairline about as often as anywhere else on my face.

5. Change your pillowcase often. Think about it; your face is pressed against it for a little less that half of your life, so lots of oil builds up on your pillow.

Good luck!
I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
I'm 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.
Literally the best acne face wash I've ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It's unique cause of it's herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.
You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn't work it will still save you butt on the return policy.
Well good luck and best wishes.
