To explain the main reason why people have ance, your pores on your face are getting clogged with dirt and ance is the reaction. Keeping a clean face is the key and use a clay masque will pull the dirt out of your pores. Be sure to moisturize after the masque. You can also use clear.now which is a three step process to cleaning your face and getting it free of ance. It is a treatment wash that clears your pores of oil and debris and gently exfoliates to smooth skin’s surface. The Toner reaches deep into pores to break down and eliminate "bacteria-friendly" oil. The Acne Treatment Lotion treats and rejuvenates challenged, acne-affected skin. Clear.now works!! Go to http://arcameda.com and search for that for masque or clear.now more information.
try proactive
There's a good home remedy mask for acne and oily skin at http://www.chootoo.com/HomeRemediesforAcne
You may want to talk to your physician since an antibiotic may do the trick. This is commonly prescribed for acne.
I'm 17 and have tried basically everything you have….exactly the same situation! But guess what…after THREE years…I finally found something that works! Go to your dermatologist and ask for a prescription antibiotic pill, facewash and nightly cream to use. Thats what I got and I could see a difference within about 2 weeks and my face was totally clear in about a month and a half! After staying on it for a year, I should be able to go off it to use a regular facewash and I should be fine. So go see a dermatologist and ask about it.
Also…do NOT try Pro-Activ (waste of time and money…it made my acne worse!)
and def. DON'T try Acutane….it dries out your whole body and those effects last for years to come. Its not worth it when you can take the antibiotic stuff I was just talking about.
Good luck!
mud mask is best nutural thing in earth http://www.freewebs.com/cheapmudmask
I use to take a bunch of things my family doctor perscribed to me (bad ache runs in the family) but nothings would really work (maybe one or two less, out of maybe 10 or 15, just on my face)
The only things that really worked well was just taking a warm cloth damp (or my hands when I got lazy or couldn't find one) after a shower and washing my face with soap. Within the next night my face was seriously clearing up until only a few were left. After a while though I got lazier and stopped washing my face and my ache started to come back a little bit. I started drinking water as my only drink and my ache stayed cleared up after that.
There are a few times my ache breaks out but it's all because of things I do, smoking a cigar or being around smoke will do it for me, also alot of chocolate gets me going pretty bad (easter and halloween are horrible for me >_<) but they mostly go away after a day or two now that my system is mostly flushed out my fresh water each day.
Hoped this helped, goodluck.
