How do I deal with adult acne/BUMPS and skin?

I just started getting acne when I turned 19. I'm 24 and it's disgusting. It's not so much pimples, it's the acne scars and the skin underneath. I've taken all acne treatments known to man so there's no need to endorse "proactiv" here. I took an antibiotic years ago and was "okay". I was also prescribed retain A, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid but nothing completely disappeared.

I re-did my whole skin care routine – I have a clarisonic that really washes my face; i use an clay mask here and there, my cleansers and moisturizers are non comedogenic and oil free, my makeup is oil free. I work out 2x/wk, drink water, green tea, detox tea, take my vitamins (currently on glutathione – it was recommended that it takes acne scars away). I think it's triggered by stress. I'm in nursing school now and you can just see BUMPS on my forehead, esp when I wear my glasses -you can just see ugly skin underneath on the surface and all these BUMPS!

What should I do? I do not want to take accutane – if a go to the dermatologist, what else could they do?
I can't even put makeup on. I'll take my brush and sweep a bit of powder foundation (just a bit) and my face does not look good :(

Get some sun, more water, more sleep, don't touch face.use natural products only and use some tea tree oil on your spots. If you don't want Occitane go to the store and get some vitamin A and Zinc supplements and take those each day.

There are other OTC products like Nicotinamide pads (Niapads) or salicylic pads (Cetaphil) that might work for you. Choose a product that is simple and easy for you to use.
