After you change your diet you will be surprised at how much better you feel. After you are finished working out don't forget to go home and wash your face. Sometimes right before it heals you might get a outbreak but that is just getting rid of the nasty oil build up on your face and after that it usually stops. Don't do it for awhile and stop. If you do that the acne will come right back again.
