		<description>sometimes acne, sometimes not - have a look at what you eat, and i am not saying like the norm about chocolate and sugar and all that stuff, because it&#039;s a myth.  has to be something that you are ingesting that is flaring up your skin  However - there are certain hormonal conditions that will make your skin flare up.  I would try the food first.  put yourself on a diet of rice and lamb &lt;the least allergenic of foods&gt; and just see how your skin does after 2 weeks.  vitamins, by all means - but again, some vitamins have allergens in them &lt;the way they are manufactured&gt; that could flare up your skin.  and just remember also &lt;sorry to preach&gt; that after you have given up those pills you were talking about, your skin does get worse til it settles down.  keep a food diary and what days your skin flares up.  Best of luck with that interview, and try not  to worry too much about your skin, a lot of people don&#039;t pay attention to that :OD</description>
