i have acne problems, and it is depressing me please help me!?

hi, im 16 years old, going through a lot of stress because i have big exams coming up. i exercise regularly and i wash my face 3 times a day and moisturize. I STILL HAVE BAD ACNE! when i say bad, i mean bad. i do realise makeup doesnt help the situation, but i cant leave the house without putting any on.
i have tried everything, antibiotics, vitamin suppliments, a topical treatment called Zynorit or something like that and nothing has worked. my skin used to be perfect until last year and i dont know why i have such bad acne now.
can anyone please tell me the most effective way and FASTEST way to get rid of this acne? ive heard of a "salicylic peel" which is supposed to be very good, and accutane. are these effective? do they have side effects which last for more than a day like redness lasting for a week etc?
THANK YOU SO MUCH..sorry if this was long but I REALLY NEED HELP!! im fed up having bad skin…
thank you :)

Benzoyl peroxide works well, if you use lots of it, but you would have to buy it. You also need to relax, because stress causes acne. Stop consuming milk products. Bathe every day. Stop eating junk food. Start eating fish (not tons of it, just eat fish regularly). Eat lots of greens. Don't eat sugar or grains (avoid anything that contains gluten, just in case). The milk thing is really important… if you drink it, stop.

I'm sorry. :(
But I say drink tea. Maybe the tea will calm down your stress and then the acne will disappear bit by bit.
Maybe some green tea, jasmine tea, etc. At least rest from all the stress once in a while.
I'm 16 myself and yep stress is the worst thing ever. But tea helps.
Continue washing your face.

I've done enough research on this.
But I think the BEST way is to cut back on the chemicals and let nature take over! The chemicals actually do more harm than good.

And when I say, let nature take over, I mean, try applying 'RAW' 'ORGANIC' and 'UNPROCESSED' honey on your face. LEave it on for 30-50 minutes. Rinse off.
It nourishes your face and effectively reduces the acne.
Try it for 2 weeks and if it doesn't work, email me and call me names.

ps: Don't over do it though. Once a day.

If you think that the acne skin care product that you are using isn't working, I bet you try ACNEZINE. I don't know if it works for you but for me it worked so great. I wanted to admit that we have the same problem when I was still 16 but my only advise is have a deep rest. Maybe sleeping too late keeping your acne intact. You should discipline yourself through sleeping and drinking water 10 glasses a day.

Some acne treatments are more effective than others. There are many factors that can cause acne which means not all treatments will work for everyone. If you a severe case of acne, you should consult with a dermatologist. For most people, though, the following natural remedies should work just as well.

Try using an exfoliant, which is something that you apply to your skin to help get rid of dead skin cells. Using an exfoliant daily helps clear up blackheads by cleaning out the oils and dead cells that cause them. Red pimples form when blackheads become inflamed. So using an exfoliant can help to stop this problem from spreading. You can find these at a drugstore, but you can also make some effective and simple ones at home. Apply a mixture of oatmeal, molasses, and olive oil to your skin. Keeping your face clean between treatments will also help clear up your acne. Changing your diet is one way that you might be able to reduce your adult acne naturally. Some foods, especially those that are refined or processed can contribute to a person's acne, so cut out foods like fats, junk foods, carbohydrates and soda. Alcohol and caffeine can also cause acne, so cut back on these things as well. Some people are sensitive to dairy and meat but you could risk your health if you cut them out entirely so try switching to less processed varieties as well. Getting more exercise can also help you to clean out your whole system, which is a way to get rid of acne. As you improve your diet and exercise routine make sure that you stay well hydrated by drinking lots of water. Getting rid of the toxins in your system is important to curing acne and drinking lots of water is good for that.

If you are seeking a simple, natural and helpful acne treatment, try aloe vera gel. This is available in many drugstores, health food stores and online stores. This is a very safe and beneficial plant based product that you can use on your face several times per day. Ideally, you should get a aloe soap to wash your face with as well as a lotion and a gel. Before going to bed at night, apply the gel to your face. You don't need to wash off the aloe vera because it is very gentle on the skin. If you drink aloe vera juice, your body will be able to detoxify faster which will in turn help clear up your acne.

Pimples no longer have to be a permanent part of your life. Not all acne remedies work the same for everyone but with a little patience you can find an effective treatment for you. To help clear up your acne, try out one of these treatments. With a little determination, you can get rid of your acne once and for all.
