I really need to know how to clear my acne ?

When I was 12 I started getting little pimples here and there, but by the time I was 14 they were getting worse. I didn't want it to continue, but it did. I'm 15 now, and I have acne EVERYWHERE. I can't take it anymore. The constant struggle of re-applying cover up. Having to look at it everyday, knowing that other people notice it, and the fact that it can be really super painful too! I've tried almost everything out there. From things to step treatments like Proactiv, down to simple things like Clean & Clear, Dove, and Netrogena. Even random vitamins, that claim to help acne.

I know it sounds pathetic, but I have never felt so self-concious about anything before. It's so hard to deal with, and I know people say it decreases over time, but I can't wait. It's terrible, and the mirror has become an enemy instead of comfort. Please I'm desperate. I just need to know what works. I just really need help. I feel terrible all the time.. I don't see acne very much on girls, and I feel alone. With harsh deep, red, and extremely noticable pimples, my confidence drains every time I look at myself. Please Please Please help me.

I just need to know what works.. Or what would at least help ..

Thanks so much

# Wear protective clothing and hats as an additional measure of protection.
# Avoid the sun during peak hours (10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
#Apply sunscreen at least 30 minutes BEFORE you go out into the sun
If you go into the sun immediately after applying sunscreen, stay in the shade for the first 30 minutes.
#Reapply your sunscreen about every 2 hours.
#Use an SPF-containing lip balm whenever you are out in the sun.

<<<Tips for Preventing Breakouts>>>:
* Choose "noncomedogenic" hair, skin, & makeup products.
* Avoid touching your face with your hands. Hands can spread bacteria to facial pores.
* Rinse off soon after working out to help prevent sweat and skin oils from mixing and clogging pores.
* Avoid overwashing or using harsh scrubs. These can cause excess oil production.
* Keep stress under control. Stress doesn't cause acne, but it may lead to overproduction of skin oils.

1. Cleanse regularly 2. Exfoliate
3. Use salicyclic acid 4. Use benzoyl peroxide

"Its a process of the pores getting clogged, bacteria growing in the pores, [and pores] getting inflamed," Things you need to do are deep cleansing, using benzyl peroxide & using salicylic acid.

<<<Natural Acne Remedies>>>
The most effective means of treating acne-prone skin is to employ varying water temperatures. Washing your face with warm to hot water removes dirt, oil and makeup and opens the skin's pores; rinsing with cool water will then shrink pores and stimulate circulation.
"Cool water is actually a bit of an anti-inflammatory,
additional acne treatment: pumpkin.
Mix 200 grams of pumpkin pulp with 1 tablespoon of non-fat sour cream and apply it to your face. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse with cool water. This will cleanse your face, open up your pores and give your skin a glow!

For another simple pimple remedy, recommends soaking a chamomile teabag in warm water, then applying the teabag to the affected area for 15 minutes. The teabag works as a warm compress and contains flavonoids and bisabolol, which have anti-inflammatory properties that help soothe the pimple and reduce redness.

I had acne at that age too. Its annoying and disgusting I know. The only real advice i can offer is this:

Shower daily–At that age you're body is pumping out all kinds of hormones and making your skin very oily.
Use a face cleanser–Get something that cleans but doesn't dry your face out too much, try a couple different brands and see what suits you.

The whole "don't eat chocolate or fried foods" never really applied to me, i didn't eat much of it and still got acne, so I just ate what i normally ate. It might sound crazy but exercise more, sweating brings excess dirt to the surface which you should wash off every day. Good luck with it man, it will disappear eventually.

I would suggest trying Murad face washes. If that doesn't work after a month or two, I'd suggest seeing a dermatologist. Maybe talk to your doctor about going on antibiotics?

apply aspirin mask.Aspirin is remarkable for your skin. Its anti-inflammatory properties, capability of sloughing off dead skin cells thus preventing the clogging of pores makes it a terrific product in the treatment of acne and other skin inflammations.

Biore nose and face strips, they suck the blackheads right off. They work soooo well
