I take vitamin B complex,and Biotin.Will the vitamin B complex vitamins clear my acne? or do I just need to ?
take vitamin B5 instead? so far my skin is looking better,and I do have acne on my cheeks.It looks like my acne lesions that u can't see under my skin are starting to come to surface.

It may help but I don't think it will cure acne. Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. Playing with or popping pimples, no matter how careful and clean you are, nearly always makes bumps stay redder and bumpier longer.
