Is this a good skin-care regime?

I have combination skin (very oily forehead, sometimes dry cheeks) and quite a few blackheads and spots.

First– Drinking plenty of water, eating healthily, taking vitamins and regular exercise.
Also first doing a 3 day detox.

Morning:
Wash: Hot water, flannel and light soap or cleansing face wash?
Rinse: Cold water to close pores.
Cleanse: Natural cleanser for oily skin.
Tone: Spray on toner.
Moisturize: (mostly on cheeks, light on forehead?)

Wipe off makeup when home.
Night: Just wash face and moisturize? If so, wash with what?
Or: Cleanse, tone and moisturize again?

Once a week: Exfoliate, steam treatment to open pores, mud mask, lemon juice to reduce acne scars, oat & honey homemade face mask.

Does this sound good? Is there anything I should be doing more or less of? I want to keep it as natural as possible. I'm going to buy a ton of crap from The Body Shop. Any other home remedies? I use sudocrem/toothpaste for spots if I'm desperate. Also, can sun-cream be used to substitute moisturizer? If not, should I apply it before or after moisturizer? If this doesn't work I'll go to a dermatologist. Thanks again!

I would lose the spray on toner. Toners dry out your skin especially the spray kind. Try a spf lotion that gradually enhances the color. At night once a week try an all natural facial and followed with a facial scrub. Also for black heads try the black head trips, i love them and they really do work. When you wipe off your makeup use a facial pad that already has the soap in it and use an eye cream to remove eye makeup. It is made to just use a rag that tugs at the skin because you want to be gentle on your facial skin.

Everything sounds good to me, i do everything the same as you just explained.
wash your face with a cleanser at night to, that's when it really counts cause you have all the nastiness from all day on your face and Always put a moisturizer on your face , don't use the toner at night your face will take care of everything by it self will your a sleep.

Check out the Rodan and Fields website. These are the doctors who created Proactive and they have a whole new line of products out with their new company. There is a solution tool to give you the exact regimen that you should be using for your skin, probably UNBLEMISH, like I use. I tried all natural ideas, and I wouldn't switch from this for anything. I absolutely love it. It's at least something to take a look at. Hope this helps.
