I think you maybe using too many things on your face. Too many products can cause your face to break out. I used to be a serious product junkie. With the things you are using I wouldn't use the vitamin e oil or the toner. Try the face wash morning and night. Pond's cream in the morning/night and use the scrub once a week.

I never had good luck with Neutrogena. I have combo skin with minimal scarring around my t-zone and chin area. Here is a routine my derm suggested:

Basis - Sensitive Skin Soap with Buff Puff Extra Gentle (morning and night)

**The Buff Buff will help exfoliate the skin and reduce the scars**

Purpose - Moisturizer with SPF 15 (can be worn under makeup**

--Use spot treatment after moisturizer.

Use the scrub once a week.

If you can, try this and see how it works for you. Seems to be working for me, but I am also trying to find natural products with tea tree oil in it. I am having luck with this brand called Derma E.
