Oily to acne prone skin help? please read all!?

okay, so recently i noticed i have oily spots on my forehead, cheeks & kind of the nose area. im not sure why i have these oily spots because i never had oily spots on my face. i am wondering why i have these oily spots. is it because its summer? or products im using on my face?

also, are u suppose to use a moisturizer when u have oily skin?
**i also sometimes have a little dry skin.

ACNE HELP:
i need a new skin routine that will actually help my skin & clear up acne.

right now, i am using loreal 360 facial cleanser in the morning & sometimes at night. then for moisturizer, i use vaseline aloe fresh hydrating body lotion w/aloe & cucumber extracts. at night i use st.ives blemish & blackhead control scrub. (is this natural scrub not good for skin??) for moisturizer, i use vaseline aloe fresh hydrating body lotion w/aloe & cucumber extracts, again. & the thing i sometimes use is clearasil overnight wash. i recently decided to use the stridex pads for sensitive skin (green one)

i also began using bio-oil for my acne scars. i know i still have acne, but i just want to clear some scars. should i wait until my skin is mostly clear then use bio-oil for the scars? & does bio-oil cause acne & break outs (clog pores?)

any suggestions?

i am thinking of using cetaphil or purpose gentle cleansing wash for my new cleanser (day & night)
then Neutrogena Oil-Free Oil-Free Acne Stress Control, 3-in-1 Hydrating Acne Treatment. after apply clean & clear persa gel 10.

moisturizer: same as before;vaseline aloe fresh hydrating body lotion w/aloe & cucumber extracts OR Vaseline Intensive Care Total Moisture Conditioning Body Lotion with Vitamins E & A.

THANK YOU SO MUCH IF U DO READ ALL THIS & GIVE ADVICE!!!! :D
PLEASE HELP WITH THE QUESTIONS I ASKED IN THE WHOLE PARAGRAPH I TYPED.

Make your own face mask and exfoliater.

Here is an exfoliater:
Mix 2 teaspoons of baking soda with a few drops of warm water. Massage the paste over your face gentley and rinse with warm water over the sink. Do this at least twice every week. Now here are some face masks:

Oatmeal-Yogurt Mask for OILY SKIN- Mix 2 tablespoons of uncooked oatmeal and 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt.

Honey-Oatmeal Mask for DRY SKIN- Mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of uncooked oatmeal.

Yogurt-Cucumber Mask for SENSITIVE SKIN- Puree 2 tablespoons of yogurt with 1/4 cup of peeled and sliced cucumber. Use a cotton ball to pat the mask onto your face and rinse with cool water.

DO THESE MASKS TWICE A WEEK. Since you do this only twice a week, wash your face every morning too with soap and water.

To get rid of acne also do this:
Stay hydrated!

Don't touch your skin a lot.

Wash your face every morning gently with soap and water.

Don't pick at your zits, it will leave scars. DON'T SQUEEZE THEM EITHER.

Wash your pillow case often about once a week.

At night, put toothpaste on your zit and leave it on the whole night. Wash it off in the morning.

Stay calm, not stressed. Being stressed causes acne too.

If you have bangs, keep them short or just cut them off. The oil from your hair will get into the pores on your forhead.

GOOD LUCK

This condition is most prevalent among teenagers, and the hormonal changes that take place at this age are certainly at the root of many skin problems. these changes cause the sebaceous glands to produce too much sebum, which blocks up the skin pores and makes them more likely to get infected.

A diet high in saturated fat or fried food also makes pores more likely to get blocked. Vitamin A deficiency produces skin congestion thorough over-keratinization of skin cells. Vitamin A and Zinc deficiency leads to lowered ability to fight infection, as does lack of beneficial bacteria ( through overuse of antibiotics). Optimum nutrition helps by balancing hormones as well as B complex (especially B6), C and E, zinc, niacin for skin flushing, and vitamin E for wound healing. Good diet an cleanliness are essential. Be careful of supplements with added iodine, which can make acne worse.

Diet advice:
Follow an optimum diet and drink plenty of water. Sulphur-rich foods such as eggs, onions, and garlic are also helpful. Avoid sugar, cigarettes, fried, and high fat foods. eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables (high water content foods)

Multivitamin and multimineral
Antioxidant complex: A, C, E
2x Vitamin C 500 Mg
Vitamin B6 50 Mg
Zinc 15 Mg
Vitamin E 400 IUs (helps heal the skin)
Niacin (B3) 50 mg for thirty days (flushing and cleansing the skin)

Hope this helps if not get back to me and I will see what else I can do to help you.
