Terrible acne terrible sensitive skin?

Right now i am using a mixture of products but mainly a clean and clear face wash and clarisonic, a proactive cream, an alcohol free toner, and spot treatments and moisturizers. They had worked for me before but they were extremely drying so i switched to only max clarity and my skin was barely irritated with that but it didn't help my acne enough. I added the proactive cream but still didn't have great results so i went back to the mixture of products but with Noxzema. that just broke me out beyond belief so i stopped the Noxzema and went to the original mixture. it isn't as drying as it was before but it still irritates my skin and make it red. also the last time i used it, i had like one zit at a time but now i have a ton. im also taking bee-alive and vita clear vitamins. i have no idea what to do! im so tired of acne and low self esteem cause of it. ive been to a dermatologist who didn't help and there is no way im trying accutane with those side effects. no thank you. does anyone know what to do? murad? exposed?
i do drink tons of water everyday usually at least 6-10 glasses. drinking water( rarely drink soft drinks) didn't help my skin much except maybe my forehead. i tried using the loreal go 360 clean exfoliating wash and it worked wonders for pore size and exfoliation but nothing for my acne. i don't have severe acne like cystic acne and stuff but i do have really bad acne. i need something strong. im trying murad right now but i was also debating exposed and ill check out acneace

I'll tell you exactly what to do: drop all those horrible chemical products, they're probably making the problem worse being combined, not to mention that they dehydrate your skin, start eating a better, healthier diet, and most importantly of all, DRINK WATER. I cannot stress how important drinking 8-10 8 oz. glasses of distilled water a day is. It is the leading factor for acne, acne is a side effect of a dehydrated body and unless you're drinking that amount a day your body is being dehydrated. I don't use anything on my face, never have, and all I do is drink water, guess what? No acne.

loreal 360
get the green deep clean
and the orange exfoliant.

Exfoliate every 3 days, deep clean everyday.

apply light layer of bio oil. after 10-15 minutes lightly dab surface off dont rub or wipe because you want to keep some on your skin but this way it wont come off on a pillow at night and you can wear your makeup ontop in the morning.

Stick to light powders like maybeline loose.

Good luck

In case of severe acne a dermatologist is going to prescribe a suitable antibiotic or any other oral medication and topical medicines depending on how severe the acne is. An over the counter benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, sulfur will not work as these are used for mild to medium severity acne and not for treatment of severe acne. Tretinoin and adapalene combination may be prescribed and should be taken as prescribed. One may need to take antibiotics for months or in case of severe acne the dermatologist may prescribe isotretinoin.
