I have seen vitamins for acne. Supplemts also. I am wanting to try. I cannot do herbs because of medication I am on. Anyone with personal experience on it? Friend family, or self not just an informertial. Someone who has seen in person what it has done. Esethicians and Buticians wellcome if they are not selling anything and just talking about the basics ingreadiets.
