i have really bad acne scars…bad..i have heard oth sides of the vitamin e coin..some poeple swear by it, but there are studies that prove that vitamin e actually made skin worse. i am afraid to take it topically..has anyone taken the pills orally and had success? what about other vitamins?
also: out of curiosity: does anyoneknow how long to keep the vitamin E on the skin for? is it overnight or do you rince it off?
