Is this true? I have heard that there are certain foods and vitamins for acne, I have semi bad – bad acne and when i am exposed to the sun lots and swim in chlorenated (spelling) water i find it does miracles to my acne but I am not sure if its some type of vitamin the water or sunlight gives to my face maybe
So would it help me out if i went out and bought those vitamins and maybe ate them with food?
