What can i eat/drink to help my acne?

I use an acne treatment that i bought, and it helps control it but i still have alot of it. Most of its on my chin, and to the left and right of my chin, and on my forehead..
Ive been told its just in my genes because my mom had bad acne too.
I also have some acne on my shoulders.
There has to be something that im doing wrong. Im 13 almost 14, so i know im going through puberty and everything but it makes me self conscious. Am i not getting enough of a certain vitamin, or not drinking enough water, or what? Any suggestions?

When my brother had this problem, the doc told him not to eat so many cholcolates and sweets. When he did this, it was better.7

My daughter also has this problem right now. She sure eats enough vitamins, but also a lot of chocolate.

The stuff I bought for her acne isn´t working at all. I wanted her to go to a cosmetic salon – which she doesn´t want to.

The other thing would be, to put boiling water into a bowl, put your face over the dust with a towel over the head. The warm water dust opens the pore and you can go over your skin with a cotton pad. Make sure you do this friday as it might get worse when you start.
You could also use some tea like camomile.
Be carefull that you don´t burn yourself lol.

Stop eating wheat, and anything with gluten in it. Drink atleast a gallon of water a day, it is vital to helping flush your system out. Eat TONS of fruits and veggies. Replace any sugary, salty, or any junk foods with fruits and vegetables. Make sure you get enough exersize everyday to make you sweat. Wash your fash every morning and night. If you have any excess oil on your face (which you will at first), it is because your body is cleaning itself out, dont feel discouraged as it will get better. Make sure you clean the excess oil off your face whenever you can.

Just remember to absolutley stay away from wheat/gluten. It is one of the number one causes for acne, yet most people don't know and eat it all the time, while wondering why they have such bad acne. Acne is a result of poor digestion, and wheat is one of the major culprits. Dairy is also horrible for the digestive system, and also one of the top contributors of acne. If you eat meat, minimize how much of it you eat every week. Especially red meat.
Your body needs a certain balance of alkalinity and acidy to keep you healthy. If you eat to much meat, gluten, dairy, and not a diet of atleast 70% raw fruits or vegetables, you are giving your body nothing but acid forming foods, while it desprately needs alkaline foods, to keep your body healthy and vibrant. Thus the acne, and other health problems down the road. This balance is vital to your health.
