what kind of vitamins are good for acne and scars when you have very sensitive skin?
My niece has developed both acne and scars and it is very depressing mentally and physically for her. I didn't want her to be put on medication because they have side affects to them, so I was wondering does anybody have any advice on this situation I would really appreciate it.

A pharmacist told me Vitamin E is the best vitamin intake for skin and hair. While it won't take away scars and acne, it does wonders for the skin and hair.
