What should I do to cure teenage facial acne?

I am a 16 year old male with moderate acne on my face. I have had problems with pimple for about three years, but it has only been something that had really really bothered me since about February. In the past i have used Spectro Jel to wash my face, Clindoxyl Gel to apply to pimples, Acuderm (Australian a less effective clindoxyl), and am currently about 2 and a half months into my accutane treatment. I have been suggested countless things like carrot juice, vitamin D, Vitamin C but I am not sure what is really going to help my problem. This is my plea for a kid who just a few months ago loved getting my picture taken to a kid that now shields his face when a camera is brought out. Please, please give me some advice.

Use Acne Free. Or neutrogena. It's available at Target and Wal-Mart.
You shouldn't use different acne treatments at the same time.

Drink plenty of water, get a good night's rest, and change your pillow case often because the oils from you hair can get on your face and clog your pores, making your face oily and causes acne to worsen (it's happened to me plenty of times before!)

A change in your diet can help your skin too.

=] Hope this helps you out.

When I was about your age I had the same problem. But I learned that the more you switch up face washes, the more your skin breaks out. I started using St. Ives apricot scrub. They have a few different kinds but I use the one for blackheads. Its really good for your skin. Thats the only thing that I use and I use it everyday and my skin is really good. Also, I take B6 vitamins. Its for skin and hair and stuff like that. I started taking them a few years ago and after like 2 week i noticed that my face was clearing up. Im 21 and been zit free for a few years now. Just find a face wash that you like and stick with it.

I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I'm 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I've ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It's unique cause of it's herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.

You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn't work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

Well good luck and best wishes.
