What should I tell my doctor?
My dermatologist recently prescribed me doxycycline and epiduo gel to help clear my very mild acne. At the time of my doctors visit I had a temporary breakout which cleared up a couple of days after my visit. I have been taking vitamin e for 2 years now which has done wonders for my skin. A few years ago my primary physician prescribed me an oral and topical antibiotics which I had unheard of allergic reactions too. The oral antibiotic turned my eyes red and my nails yellow and the topical antibiotic burned my skin so badly; after this I realized that I have extremely sensitive skin. I told my new dermatologist about this and he insisted that I take these prescriptions; however my past experience has made it pretty much impossible for me to take these prescriptions considering my past experience. I really feel that my dermatologist did not listen to my concerns. Overall, vitamin e has done way more for my skin than any prescription I've taken, but I'm still left with old post acne scars, what treatment should I tell my dermatologist that I'm looking for?

an all natural remedy for acne scars is pure shea butter. Or you can try mederma, which is used on women for stretch marks, to help clear the acne scars. Otherwise, you should just tell him that you are wanting to even your skin tone and eliminate the acne scars.
