What's your face skin care routine?
The first thing I do in the morning is put noxzema on my face, then I brush my teeth, an let my hot shower wash it off, then I turn it to cold at the last minute to close the pores, I don't touch my face. I then pat try with a towel, and moisturize. I dab any pimples with rubbing alcohol using a q tip to dry them out. I've tried leaving them alone, but I don't have the patience.
At night I use noxzema again, this time I put a hot face cloth on my face an pat it off, then splash with cold water. I dab rubbing alcohol on any pimples, and then I use vitamin E oil as moisturizer to smooth, reduce remarks from acne. Then I put my hair in a ponytail and go to sleep (I have long hair, well for a guy)
What's your routine? To compare and contrast, an maybe pick up some tips or new products. I've tried more aggressive skin treatments, but I'd rather have something wholistic and preventative, than something that makes my face peel off. I'm allergic to sialic acid. Clearasil dried me out, and made me peel, itch, an develop large hard lumps on my forehead an chin. Retin-A made my skin thin, shiny, an bright red. I had no zits, but it looked like I did because my face was so red an blotchy. Not going there again! Overall, they made my skin worse.
I love the noxzema because it takes the dead skin cells off, an leaves my skin bright, and tingly clean, and smoother. The Vitamin E oil I just started using, but it's already speeding up the fading of those red marks that a zit leaves.

Here's my daily skin routine: Well in the morning I wash my face with a neutrogena bar soap face wash thing, take a shower, then put lotion on my face, put some sea breeze for sensitive skin on a cotton ball, and rub it all over my face, then put some neutrogena on the spot ance treatment on a q-tip and put it on any acne I have on my face, and rub it in with the q-tip to where it doesn't show. Then at night, I wash my face with the neutrogena (I know I use a lot of neutrogena stuff lol) wave face cleaner thing, then put on my on the spot acne thing the way I do in the morning. It seems to work pretty well!
I hope this helps!
this routine might e the best: 1) Cleansing should be done twice daily, using a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser,
2) A good toner will remove any excess dirt or makeup left behind by your cleanser—the proof is in the cotton pad. It’s also a step too many women skip in their skincare routine.
Regular use will refine and minimize pores and make skin feel fresh.
3) Next to staying out of the sun, moisturizing is the best step towards keeping skin looking young.Moisturizer should be applied twice a day.
4) Exfoliating is a step that can be done about once a week.
Sloughing off dead skin cells will reveal younger, smoother skin beneath the surface.
Use a skincare brush
5) Anti-aging
Every dermatologist recommends never going in the sun if you want to look young. In reality, a strong defense is the best most women can do.
Start with a minimum of SPF 30 every day, and use SPF 50 or higher if you’re spending an extended period of time outdoors.
As for those fine lines that have already crept up, there are plenty of ways to combat them.If you can, get a topical retinoid from your dermatologist. They’re great for wrinkles and smoothing skin as well as breakouts.
thank you.
