A good quality organic Rosehip Oil will contain all the nutrients your skin needs to achieve and maintain optimum health, including 80% essential fatty acids (oleic, linoleic and linolenic), vitamin E and the antioxidant lycopene, all well known for their ability to promote skin repair and rejuvenation of skin cells.

Rosehip Oil is the only Vegetable Oil which contains natural Retinoic acid (Vitamin A acid). It's a classical and luxurious Vegetable Oil which is excellent for sensitive and oily skin, acne and for skin with large pores. Rosehip Oil is also the best Vegetable Oil source of Omega 3 and a good source of Omega 6.

Rosehip Oil is high in both Linoleic Fatty Acid and Linolenic Fatty Acids and they belong to what we call Essential Fatty Acids often known as Vitamin-F. One of the effects of these is to reduce the size of the pores so it's very good for preparations for people with large pores on the skin and for cell regeneration.

Because of its natural content of Vitamin A, it is also very good for all kinds of skin infections such as acne, pimples and boils. It is also useful in the treatment of damaged skin tissue caused by scalds, burns and varicose veins.

100% Natural Rose Water has antibacterial properties and is useful for acne treatment too, as well as other skin problems.

Spray a little rose water on your face before cleansing to loosen dirt and foundation makeup while giving your face lasting softness without leaving it feeling greasy. You'll spend less time scrubbing and the rose's natural properties work well for sensitive, acne prone and aging skin alike.

Vitamin E and Rose hip oils. You can use them both.
Both have healing and cell regeneration benenfits. Use both day and night after you cleanse your skin

Try Microdermabrasion technology to reduce the appearance of the scars and make your skin smoother. In Microdermabrasion a controlled flow of crystals is used to gently exfoliate the uppermost superficial dead layers of the skin. It also stimulates cell and collagen production providing radiance and better skin texture. Also apply a vitamin c mask to get rid of the acne scars.

I wouldn't waste money on things like ProActiv and AcneFree.
The problem with both of those is that they contain heavy chemicals that your skin get immune to, and overtime they stop working because your skin is so used to absorbing the chemicals in them. Those products also dry out your skin which causes flaking and making your skin feel unhealthy.

I used to have terrible acne growing up(I'm now 18), I've tried ProActiv, AcneFree, Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, all that and spent so much money just to be disappointed.

I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub, and St. Ives Collagen Elastin Moisturizer, and my skin cleared up within a week and a half I noticed a difference. The good thing about these products is that they are under $15 for both of them combined, and they come in big portions that can last you a long time. A tube of Apricot Scrub can last you roughly around two months, and the moisturizer can last about four months. Both are oil free and help reduce the oils in the skin.

You can find both of these in stores like Rite Aid, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, etc.
