hey if u wana get rid of acne and other skin problems
like tanning, blemish, darkspots and tatoo problem ,try
http://acnecaretipz2p.notlong.com
and u ll find tips to get rid of acne, blemishes, dark spots and all your skin problems
i used all those products before & it made it worse .
seriously .
then when i stopped using products all together and just used water all my acne went away
i know what its like to have bad acne when i started puberty i had the worst acne out of everyone i knew.
i got rid of it by getting on birth control. you should really consider that. not for sex but for acne.
i also visited a dermatologist who told me that washing my face EVERYDAY was one of the biggest reasons why my acne was so bad.
i was told to wash my face every once in a while like 2 or 3 times a week
my dermatologist said its good to keep the natural oils in your skin.
they also perscibed me a certain acne treatment that worked well. now i had no acne and havnt in years.
but i dont wash my face at all but once a week with st ives blackhead and blemish scrub. thats it. once a week. and i have perfect skin. i noticed useing products all the time like my doctor said it just made it worse.
dont take too much vitamin a!
your problems:
*biore ice cleanser-that "cooling" effect irritates the hell out of your skin!
*you're going to kill your liver
what helped me
*gentle wash (olay complete)
*day:oil free face lotion
*night: 2.5% benzoyl peroxide (to kill germs and dead skin, but dont use any higher than 2.5%)
*birth control pill
*mulit-vitamin daily
first of all, soap dries out your skin. to dry and your skin will over produce oil trying to compensate it's self. a PH balanced moisturizing face cleanser and a skin toner is what you should use. peroxide if used only on the pimple itself is ok,it will dry them up, but use a mild face cream afterward as to balance your skin elastisity.
